I like friendly nature of each & every employee. Events & games organising & can enjoy & participate to each & everything easily.

Dislikes

They assign any projects to the freshers which is not good for there growth. They should provide projects to freshers according to there strengths & knowledge.

Nothing ; mostly managers are Marathi ( Amravati ) and useless managers and HR doing timepass in pune office Shit managers and doing only politics from top to bottom

Everything is disliked as project are all just short term projects and HR is dummy and they don’t do anything else than doing office politics along with sensor managers

Depends upon the project. It's a German company looking to move major projects from Europe to India as to save money.

Dislikes

Same , project moving from Europe to India and employees over there are not happy about this. So even a small mistake leads to escalation and then u r put on bench and then terminated. No security.

Bad management. No recognition for good work Management steal the credit for your work and gets incentive. No proper hierarchy. Resource Managers call themselves as Program managers and dominate tech teams.

standard salary. Work life balance is good, because European influence. Skill development portals are there but certification cost not covered by company.

Job security due to no bench policy. Client Projects are coming slow. Promotions - based on many factors and they keep changing norms of promotions. Dry promotions happened this year.

Even though heard alot about company but they do not have projects and bench culture is disgustingly annoying. They don’t have any portal or website where you can find jobs in other projects. Manager’s don’t support if you do not have personal relations with them. They judge based on terms not on skills. No proper HR management no RMG. I liked the company work and projects they have also the office i nfrastructure is very good. The motivation to employee and grow while working is good part they conduct overall.

Dislikes

Coworkers and hgher manage rnever supportive, being a single mother of 6 year old son i suffered from my seniors who is also a mother where in i always helped her in her down time. TL is also always complaining and never gave me morning shift later. Always complaining to manager even after my 100% performance and appriasals from clinet few of colleagues always complained about me and made such nose which was reason to leave this organization. At last on my last day even Finance manager pointed me about my PF related formalities so how did they treat us. but fortunatelty one of HR person helped me and my badly injured son whi had stitches on his eyebrow and made my handover and last day smooht a bit....Read More

Work Life balance is very good in this company its not a bad company to join you can easily survive here for at least 2+ years but it depends on you , no night shifts require , you can get onsite as well but onsite are for short period of time may be 2 to 3 weeks not more than that

Less increment and projects gets over in 1 year very few long term projects are there where you can work for a longer period of time .

For compensation T Systems is best where no variable applicable. On boarding process is quite good. Rest all depends on your project and Reporting Manager / Sr Manager.

Dislikes

In my case for project specific, It was Toxic work culture. People were work in silo and independent. No knowledge sharing, they are Divide and Rule. Even my reporting manager see my desktop screen without my permission 😡
