Nothing ; mostly managers are Marathi ( Amravati ) and useless managers and HR doing timepass in pune office Shit managers and doing only politics from top to bottom

Everything is disliked as project are all just short term projects and HR is dummy and they don’t do anything else than doing office politics along with sensor managers

Likes

It never happens that you are doing monotonous work. You will keep learning new stuffs. The senior people are very talented to bring new ideas to project and they are very helping. If you are experienced person it is expected you deliver quality code

Dislikes

The hike is very less. If you are really performing very well and has the exceeds expectations review for appraisal, the best you can get is 9-10% hike.

Depends upon the project. It's a German company looking to move major projects from Europe to India as to save money.

Dislikes

Same , project moving from Europe to India and employees over there are not happy about this. So even a small mistake leads to escalation and then u r put on bench and then terminated. No security.

standard salary. Work life balance is good, because European influence. Skill development portals are there but certification cost not covered by company.

Job security due to no bench policy. Client Projects are coming slow. Promotions - based on many factors and they keep changing norms of promotions. Dry promotions happened this year.

Even though heard alot about company but they do not have projects and bench culture is disgustingly annoying. They don’t have any portal or website where you can find jobs in other projects. Manager’s don’t support if you do not have personal relations with them. They judge based on terms not on skills. No proper HR management no RMG. Customers are leaving as tsystems has adopted future cloud infra. Not benign oak as well as the cost is more. Management don’t simply understand that customer don’t care if you move to fci. They only care about their services as well as the cost and billing.

Dislikes

I was one of the top talent there and promotion is only made based on the closeness with manager or it’s relative. No job security. Do not ever choose this company if you are planning more than 1 year

All of the major decision making positions are based out of Germany n Slovakia.. growth prospects are limited even though Indians are able to contribute more better to the strategic and growth of the organisation…
