For Hybrid Work there no such fixed rule, managers changes the working days as per their convenience so 0 work life balance. Favoritism Culture - Promotions, role changes, and pay hikes are driven by connection and hardly by competence. 3. Promotion Scam- Climbing the ladder gets you a title, not money- average promotion increment just ~8%. 4. Pay Gap Disaster- Huge pay disparity of up to 70% between employees of same grade. 5. Reverse Salary structure - Lower grade employees might earn up to 50% more than their immediate senior grade. 6. Even though heard alot about company but they do not have projects and bench culture is disgustingly annoying. They don’t have any portal or website where you can find jobs in other projects. Manager’s don’t support if you do not have personal relations with them. They judge based on terms not on skills. No proper HR management no RMG.
