I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

As of it a small scale i got an opportunity to get trained in the all issues we face daily as a system admin in clients place. My colleagues are from different culture and got to know their languages,culture etc.Overall a good startup as a fresher.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but career growth is slow.The work pressure is low as i am at client place. Sometimes i have to work 12-14 hours as the issue we face at the EOD. No training for freshers here you have to interact with your colleagues and manager for issues related.

Work Details

My work here is looking into the user issues related to systems and its requirements and getting a resolution to it.As i was supporting for an international call center they had to contact us through ticketing system,skype and get it done through remote.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
