Nothing Positive 5 Days Office Worst Manager and Director

Lots of Politics I have been put in PIP despite of promotion by my two horrible managers and director is saying that take his ID card and send it to home so cheap mentality of director despite he is CA so my overall experience at Synechron is very Horrible I will stay unemployed but I will never join Synechron in future if these manager are working in Synechron and director I have resigned and they saying realsed him in 2 days as per company policy notice period 90 days but my manager is not ready to continue me till March as per offical notice period worst managers....Read More

Company has very poor at work culture . They just hire for a project and if work stops coming they just fire employees without giving any other opportunities . Job security is big concern. No increments and promotons only old employees with big ego have say . Atleast the manager i worked with is ridiculous and dont have any manners whateover . do not respect anyone. Talks like un educated person and very rude. Lots of employes in project have been either fired or have left because of toxic nature....Read More

Completely no Job Security. It is hire and fire company as it known. If they decided to lay off employees they do. They do not try to allocate project. Sometime they conduct only dummy interview for tracking purpose. HR is having no proper information. Only they follow policies. After 45 days bench period they will call to put the paper. HR policy worst and they don't care how many years you service to the organization. Don't respond quickly. Internal opportunities also you need to search and they don't check. only 45 days notice.

They will give you Salary whatever you demand but later there is no internal hike as such. So while joining you should demand higher

No Job security at all. Most of the projects are short term. If you don't have Project. 45 days Bench and then terminated. In that 45 days also, they line up interviews which do not match your skills just to count the no. Of interviews you have given and still not selected. And then make it a reason of termination

Nothing much to like about, it is hit and miss kind of company. No unnecessary logging 8 hours a day. They do have big bank as clients, but all projects if bank need extra hands to develop some stuff.

Dislikes

It is mostly a body shop, hardly any good managed proects. most of the roles are T&M. Hire and fire policy, no training or upskilling. If someone is on bench for 45 days, that person will be told to leave organization.
