It was overwhelming when I moved from product based to a service based company. Got opportunity to learn new things.

Due to my health condition had to resign, was not sure if I could have taken a long leave from work. Complained about misbehavior of other team member from different company working for client project, matter was closed without any solution. Infact i received bluffing replies saying it's taken care. But infact the person still happily enjoying the work. Offcourse because of one person they can't reject incoming project, its corporate world. Anyways, i forgot everything and wanted to join back after few days as it was promised by HR people. But that couldn't happen. It's was not all real word. Somehow i got a chance to explain to recruiters my skills. This time again surprising moments- i got email alert saying it's rejected for the position, after an hour i got alert you are selected for this position. But that was again imotional hurting from that recruiter saying you are rejected though i have received alert. It's all confusing why corporate behaves such way to candidates. Hiring back ex employee is tough and taking like fresh candidate and process is all confusing. I couldnt get a chance to get back same team.
