Nothing much to like about, it is hit and miss kind of company. No unnecessary logging 8 hours a day. They do have big bank as clients, but all projects if bank need extra hands to develop some stuff.

Dislikes

It is mostly a body shop, hardly any good managed proects. most of the roles are T&M. Hire and fire policy, no training or upskilling. If someone is on bench for 45 days, that person will be told to leave organization.

Working environment and office infrastructure is good.

Dislikes

On the name of improving work culture, they are doing micro management and making fellow colleagues as managers without any management skills and even don't provide trainings for them how to manage the resources.

1. Strict bench period of 45 days, after that you will be fired. 2. less number of projects and lowest job security. 3. Internal project transfer is like a job search in open market. 4. No internal growth plan. 5. 3 days work from office for people staffed in project and all days in the week for people in bench.

While hiring their talks will be like sugar coated. Once your project is over and in corporate bench, they will terminate you in 45 days. Even if they want they will do before 45 days too. Salary hike will be based on client's review only.

Some policies can be more better such as insurance policies can include parents , Leaves can be increased both earned leaves and paternity leaves.

Nothing much to like about a. Vompany that pretends to be a services organisation but hardly has any services. Twi people run the company and are key decisions makers. They run the company like a shop and have an effection for self love.

Dislikes

They hire stupid people to manage company No idea of where they are going. Business depends on contacts whi can give them business. No job security and office management is a mess. They turn of AC and lights in the evening They dont have canteen for employees working after 5 PM. Their presence is only restricted to one city, thoughthey claim to have offices in other city, but it’s equal to none or will not have any opportunity to build your career on. It will not survive the competition for another 10 years, even though they plan to release their IPO so that they can invest more money on the whims and fancies of the founders....Read More
