If someone has 10 years of experience in non Tech job ( MBA Finance) knows SQL basic, excel but want to switch IT. What skills, tools would be good to learn which has less entry barrier.

Which one of the skills / tools be good to learn.

Salesforce 
SAP FICO
PowerBI/ Tableau etc.

NonTech MBA to Technical IT - Switch

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in  Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office .

I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA

There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL

Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

Hi,
I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. 

Please help.

Day to Day Office

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager

After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours .

Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 

1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 
2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip
3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls 

I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening .
 Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

How to tackle a 90 day notice period. Every company expects less than 30 days but infosys has a 90 day notice period. So anybody having any hacks to tackle these 90 days. How to get a quick relief.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.

So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation.
