Hire and fire. They will utilize you in the project, once your work is done they will throw you out the project and fire you after 45 days. As there are not mich clients available. Full clients centric company, if you have done 99 good things they won't appreciate but one negative feedback from client and you are finished. Pathetic. Not good hike No hike on promotions No chance of change in work once you tagged with a client No 360 degree feed back culture Terrible bench policy. For senior resources, Once you release from project, in next one month they give 3 months basic salary and ask for resignation. Bench is only for juniors. Synechron appreciate and consider person who work hard and is sincere with work and attitude also management is also good. And never let their key resources to leave company. Here work life balance is good.

At some point hike get decreased and during appraisal cycle project are completed and no task in hand..so less hike expected, but that's fine.

No hike , no value for work efforts people putin , value for the people who does politics, working flexible policy is there but managers will not let you use it, Management need to look at how managers are handling things before things go to worst
