Nothing. This company simply is like 3rd party vendor . No job security. Just hire if they have project. And if you released from it. Then they directly fire you. Without given any other project opportunity. Very bad company

1) The client is paramount and your role in the project will over as soon as your contributions are no longer needed. Synechron will ask you to resign forcefully . 2. 10% of the total employees have been with the company for 15 to 20 years, often due to internal politics. The remaining 90% employees either live in constant fear of job insecurity or have been dismissed without valid reason 3. During my tenure, hundreds of employees were laid off with a severance package equivalent to three month's salary 4. 5 star ratings on Ambition box are often fabricated by marketing and branding team 5. There is zero security and many employees lived in constant fear of losing their jobs. Under such circumstances , how can we expect employees to perform effectively? 6. The company provides a joining kit, including items like T-shirts and bags, for promotional purposes, so there's no need to be overly excited about receiving it 7. At Synechron, there is 45 days bench period during which many fake interview calls are conducted, and there is no feedback provided after the interviews 8. It's very difficult for employees to survive even six months, yet Associate director and Directors have been with the company for 15 to 20 years. Nothing much to like about a. Vompany that pretends to be a services organisation but hardly has any services. Twi people run the company and are key decisions makers. They run the company like a shop and have an effection for self love.

They hire stupid people to manage company No idea of where they are going. Business depends on contacts whi can give them business. No job security and office management is a mess. They turn of AC and lights in the evening They dont have canteen for employees working after 5 PM. Their presence is only restricted to one city, thoughthey claim to have offices in other city, but it’s equal to none or will not have any opportunity to build your career on.
