Nothing. This company simply is like 3rd party vendor . No job security. Just hire if they have project. And if you released from it. Then they directly fire you. Without given any other project opportunity. Very bad company

1) The client is paramount and your role in the project will over as soon as your contributions are no longer needed. Synechron will ask you to resign forcefully . 2. 10% of the total employees have been with the company for 15 to 20 years, often due to internal politics. The remaining 90% employees either live in constant fear of job insecurity or have been dismissed without valid reason 3. During my tenure, hundreds of employees were laid off with a severance package equivalent to three month's salary 4. 5 star ratings on Ambition box are often fabricated by marketing and branding team 5. There is zero security and many employees lived in constant fear of losing their jobs. Under such circumstances , how can we expect employees to perform effectively? 6. The company provides a joining kit, including items like T-shirts and bags, for promotional purposes, so there's no need to be overly excited about receiving it 7. At Synechron, there is 45 days bench period during which many fake interview calls are conducted, and there is no feedback provided after the interviews 8. It's very difficult for employees to survive even six months, yet Associate director and Directors have been with the company for 15 to 20 years. Nothing much to like about, it is hit and miss kind of company. No unnecessary logging 8 hours a day. They do have big bank as clients, but all projects if bank need extra hands to develop some stuff.
It is mostly a body shop, hardly any good managed proects. most of the roles are T&M. Hire and fire policy, no training or upskilling. If someone is on bench for 45 days, that person will be told to leave organization.
