Only CTC. Don't be fooled by wishy-washy words.

Below Zero Job Security. Just treated employees as use and throw glass. My Life is spoiled because of Synechron. They released when market in down. So, after release no opening outside. Career gap only the benefit. Chennai HR are very lazy. Not working for assign bench people to project.

If someone has 10 years of experience in non Tech job ( MBA Finance) knows SQL basic, excel but want to switch IT. What skills, tools would be good to learn which has less entry barrier. Which one of the skills / tools be good to learn. Salesforce SAP FICO PowerBI/ Tableau etc.

Everywhere we go. We have to check the project at first and ask them to keep the client round before we join. Once we make sure these items, project will be good. Luckily this thing happened to me in synechron and got myself converted to citi bank

Dislikes

We will not be given proper hike since work is managed by client. No permanent manager for you and hence your accomplishment will go unnoticed so as your hike. Suggestion is to join the company with good hike
