Nothing much to like about a. Vompany that pretends to be a services organisation but hardly has any services. Twi people run the company and are key decisions makers. They run the company like a shop and have an effection for self love.

Dislikes

They hire stupid people to manage company No idea of where they are going. Business depends on contacts whi can give them business. No job security and office management is a mess. They turn of AC and lights in the evening They dont have canteen for employees working after 5 PM. Their presence is only restricted to one city, thoughthey claim to have offices in other city, but it’s equal to none or will not have any opportunity to build your career on. Full clients centric company, if you have done 99 good things they won't appreciate but one negative feedback from client and you are finished. Pathetic. Synechechron doesn't have it own project. They deploy to client side so it depends if you are lucky enough you will get good technology . most of the time client give dump work to contractor because they don't want to make dependency.

1. Hike average 2. Client is super priority so never listen to employee concern 3. No role of management behave like now you need to keep client happy 4. No process and polices 5. No co-ordination between client and parent organization 6. If client behaving inhuman then even listen concern 7. With me my client has harrased me on which synechron doesn't have any stand and was not ready to release me from my project. Lots of Politics I have been put in PIP despite of promotion by my two horrible managers and director is saying that take his ID card and send it to home so cheap mentality of director despite he is CA so my overall experience at Synechron is very Horrible I will stay unemployed but I will never join Synechron in future if these manager are working in Synechron and director I have resigned and they saying realsed him in 2 days as per company policy notice period 90 days but my manager is not ready to continue me till March as per offical notice period worst managers....Read More

Nothing much to like about, it is hit and miss kind of company. No unnecessary logging 8 hours a day. They do have big bank as clients, but all projects if bank need extra hands to develop some stuff.

Dislikes

It is mostly a body shop, hardly any good managed proects. most of the roles are T&M. Hire and fire policy, no training or upskilling. If someone is on bench for 45 days, that person will be told to leave organization.
