There is no work life balance, they don't care if you have to work till 2am they'll just say it's a client requirement. Management is worst they'll only provide appraisals and award's to those who will chit chat with them informally, even if you are a critical and deserving resource you are not going to get any opportunity of onsite or appraisal

Its a useless company managers do are of no use as they are not capable of taking any decision

There is no job security its like a consultancy they throw people out after the contract is completed.No hikes company condition is very bad.
