Likes
Udemy and class room training are good. You can learn your self many technologies.
Dislikes
Not good hike
No hike on promotions
No chance of change in work once you tagged with a client
No 360 degree feed back culture
Terrible bench policy. For senior resources, Once you release from project, in next one month they give 3 months basic salary and ask for resignation. Bench is only for juniors.
You can't change your reporting manager
HR role is only in hiring. They don't listen anything and don't help in day to day questions....Read More

Initial 2 years was fantastic in terms of skill and financial growth.
Dislikes
Company doesn't give value to its older employees. No hike, no work life balance and and also managers and HR doesn't support in switching the project because they care only about current project billings.
