Nothing good about Security, work culture Management, Company Police.. this impression Might have changed if I was in some other projects than Cardtronics SDD team. Nothing Bad about Cardtronics its people inside Cardtronics Project who make feel insured. Special Ashish Kumar Kottary

Never Experienced such feel in any corporate. They try make you feel insured. No proper guidelines but expect us to work like machine. No security or safety for female employees. They call any time and call for meeting. They made worthless guy as Manager (Ashish) who was influenced by another Manger(Ashiq) who is now terminated because of Money Laundering scam. So Higher Management should know how Ashish might have become Manager by favouritism benefits. voice of employees are heard no were.. They manipulate things trun hole team against you put you in to depression. And finally make you put down your papers. Hope know one goes through this again. They don't value your individual strength and they actually don't care what is your aspiration and in what domain your are good and will be beneficial to the company. Just only thing they want from resources is that they want to make every possible use of them in terms of work according to their requirements. Otherwise, it's a very good company to learn the things.

1. Good hike for laterals. 2. Joining bonus (although minimal) paid. 3. Most of the HR are friendly and approachable.

1. BU HRs play a lot of politics. They hold personal grudges for unknown reasons. 2. Not many projects. Employees are forced to join existing projects even if the timings/skills are unsuitable. 3. Bu HRs are manipulative; their verbal and written communication are different. And they fabricate lies as per their convenience to win arguments. 4. Top management are spineless, and cannot stand for the right people. Everything is run by the HR. 5. The BU HR and the current Head of HR - Gargi Verma - are very insecure and openly gossip about employees in corporate bay.They demoralize employees by threatening and harassing them, and passing lewd comments on clothing. 6. People are forced to join projects with a different role requiring a different set of skills altogether, which makes no sense, because it means that they had wasted their previous years. 7.
