Dislikes

All politics is going on. No one care about your hard work. At start they having projects and once the project end they will send you on bench. My lead needs gossip that I can't do. So they have kicked out from synechron

Good to learn things. Work environment is good.. (not in hyderabad)

Dislikes

Very very risk. They will pay you high and fire you quick if they don't have anything to give you. Those who are looking for a peacefull job with no tention do not join this company, because you will always be in tention when you will get project or when will you get fired.

Work Details

If they want, they will make us to come in weekends as well.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

QA feels

1. Are QAs hired in the company as they are cheaper than devs and dev doing testing is a costly affair? 2. Are QAs less important to the company and are the first to get fired when cost-cutting or ramping down? 3. If you are capable, isn't it better to switch back-end dev or PO role than to remain QA to grow in your career?
