On the name of improving work culture, they are doing micro management and making fellow colleagues as managers without any management skills and even don't provide trainings for them how to manage the resources.

No job security. I was on bench for 2 months and later they called and asked to resign. It's like indirect layoff. The opportunities provided in bench period are for name sake.

Nothing much to like about a. Vompany that pretends to be a services organisation but hardly has any services. Twi people run the company and are key decisions makers. They run the company like a shop and have an effection for self love.

They hire stupid people to manage company No idea of where they are going. Business depends on contacts whi can give them business. No job security and office management is a mess. They turn of AC and lights in the evening They dont have canteen for employees working after 5 PM. At some point hike get decreased and during appraisal cycle project are completed and no task in hand..so less hike expected, but that's fine.
