On the name of improving work culture, they are doing micro management and making fellow colleagues as managers without any management skills and even don't provide trainings for them how to manage the resources.

No job security. I was on bench for 2 months and later they called and asked to resign. It's like indirect layoff. The opportunities provided in bench period are for name sake.

Synechechron doesn't have it own project. They deploy to client side so it depends if you are lucky enough you will get good technology . most of the time client give dump work to contractor because they don't want to make dependency.

1. Hike average 2. Client is super priority so never listen to employee concern 3. No role of management behave like now you need to keep client happy 4. No process and polices 5. Nothing much to like about, it is hit and miss kind of company. No unnecessary logging 8 hours a day. They do have big bank as clients, but all projects if bank need extra hands to develop some stuff.

Dislikes

It is mostly a body shop, hardly any good managed proects. most of the roles are T&M. Hire and fire policy, no training or upskilling. If someone is on bench for 45 days, that person will be told to leave organization.
