I think the whole industry will be now familiar that Synspse PR should be awarded as the worst workplace. I would make you run through some insights: Make u working like a donkey and paying you peanuts. The documentation work is pathetic. You won't get any documents on time. No salary slips are provided. A lot of learning! Could never write a single piece of content but now I am quite confident on my Article write-ups, PR's, etc. They trust you and tend to give responsibility. Client interface from Day 1 has built confidence in me. Overall, a good experience for me and I feel the leadership team is very understanding, and it's like one big family. Pot lunches, Movies, and all were fun!

Dislikes

Since they are based in Mahim, and I was in Mulund, had to travel a lot. Client pressure sometimes is quite annoying, but I guess that's a part of every job.

The seniors hand - held the employees and its a perfect place to learn and grow further. Lot of opportunities because they have versatile clients and several big clients of the industry work with them. No dispute on work - life balance.
