The Swiss Bel-hotel, bahrain is awarded the best 4 star hotel in GCC in 2016 & 2017. It's maintain stander and they are providing best service and standard.

I wanted to change my carrier to another and better property for more knowledge about service standard etc.

Work Details

Excellent work. It's team work, and I personally perform as a leader. Training to new staff, manage their food break, handling guest complain.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
