First this company have contract basis company. So for freshers it helpful to take knowledge and to increase experience. After that we can enter in any reputative company by experience certificate. Company policies not good

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
