My immediate manager supported me initially but they never gave me my experience certificates even if I try to buy out notice period. While I was working huge scam happened, lucky enough to leave before that happened. Maybe it’s not company fault but many innocent people got affected because of the fraud.

Some of the team managers are very cool, pray that you work in those teams. Liberal about doing work from home.

Dislikes

Hire and fire of employees is very common in this company. They have very few IT projects.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
