Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? Boring, no growth, treat like children in school, make you to by heart the stuff, trainers are not trained have different aspect on same topic, lifts doesn't work properly in time, completely night shifts, no rotational, no free tea or coffee and need to buy yourself, paying huge amount.

Whole organization, pay you like beggers and want production to be done hundred percent, for them their business is important, salaries are different for freshers too, can be negotiated but asked to through company norms
