Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and you will get a clear vision on how to work. No ego between employees, one can find a health relationship. I don't know about others from my point of view, if you have the ability to learn and develop your skill set with a constant hardwork to move yourself upper, you'lldefinitely get a chance to levelup your position. Because that's what i did and got my recognition within three years to a upper position. But when it comes to payscale it will be average then you expect. If you are a bachelor and don't know about corporate culture or how to start a carrier, its the place for you and then too if you are ready to accept the low pay. You can earn additional only if there is a demand and its not constant. You'll get only standard incentives and some times not if you didn't perform well. So the chances of job security is very low, if there is a continues drop in performance you may get dropped from the work or will be switched to different team (only if there's a need). The payscale. Every year appraisal, we'll get to end up with a average of only ₹700-800 or by maximum of ₹1000 as hike. Giving a run around for the whole year and getting wiped with a very basic hike is like worse than anything. Its the common feeling of every employees working their, but because of their financial need and to secure their job, they are not raising out voices loudly. The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning and later i made it like anything. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I had to monotor calls and give feedback. We cannot fix the time for a job. Fixing a time for a job putts pressure on the person which intern invites decease for the person. Keeping to the values in life working in Sutherland is good.
