Nothing was likeable. Not at all employee friendly, no good clients to work on.

Dislikes

Work culture is awful, team members are insecure about their position, there is no proper guidance or system which is followed by seniors. Seniors lack knowledge and skills required. No professional growth. Lot of biasedness and favouritism amongst team members. Follows old traditional way of doing things and not open to try new ways. Nature of work and quality is very poor. Typical BPO work environment!! Should be the last option for any canditate....Read More
