Most of the managers are married and sleep around with everyone unfortunately their wifes and all relatives work in their same team and see all wrong doings but dont have any thing to do. You can loose your job anytime and most of the employees dont speak any other language apart from some south language. Professional should stay away from this organisation as its a scam LLP and not even a private company. You are considered as servant here with zero ambition or skills and treated accordingly basis on your designation. Most of the employees are not qualified and lack formal education. POSH policy are joke in night shift and organisation takes pride in saving culprits as most of them are part of management.
