They have internal politics. One community is leading and it is running the company. Community getting all befits . Hard work is not paid up. Half information other department manager judge. Only account manager he very helpful. N account manager fight for you. Other ppl are just doing politics

Worst Organisation to ever work with, a typical LALA company approach, organisation is dominated by particular community from Andrapradesh named wyzac. Most of the managers are married and sleep around with everyone unfortunately their wifes and all relatives work in their same team and see all wrong doings but dont have any thing to do. Company policies are like joke a typical call center with no ethics and principles.

You can loose your job anytime and most of the employees dont speak any other language apart from some south language. Professional should stay away from this organisation as its a scam LLP and not even a private company. You are considered as servant here with zero ambition or skills and treated accordingly basis on your designation. Most of the employees are not qualified and lack formal education. POSH policy are joke in night shift and organisation takes pride in saving culprits as most of them are part of management. Salarys are paid on 5 or 15 sometimes, its not an MNC but a local business supprting us Inusrance broker name Liberty
