I didn't like working with Superise.com, because of its unprofessional working environment. Lot of interference of MD's wife in the company. The teammates were good and they were purged from the company because of some personal insecurities.

Dislikes

The salary part was horrible and they cheat employees in the name of salary and deduction of PF. Even today they didn't give me my PF they had deducted. The company is more of a fraud and a number 2 game is going on inside. The employees most of the time when rusticated from the company, they have been insulted by the employers.

Work Details

I was assistant manager- marketing and was the only team of the company. The work was entirely different from what the designation means. I used to do MIS and later on used to work on panel. Dont have to say much because they used to cheat their clients.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
