Great start for freshers. Ideal to work and obtain hands-on experience on a variety of skills like mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, workforce management, etc. All round professional development can be expected.

Dislikes

Financial growth is very, very slow. Strict adherence to In-Time/Out-Time. Any deviation pertains to EL deduction or LOP. Office work culture is agnostic.
