I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? The main issue I've had at suntech Gloabl is the lack of job security. there have been frequent restructuring and uncertainties about the future, which has made it difficult to feel stable in my role.
