My Department management is not Good

Because of mnc work for Fedex & TNT they are having lot of work. hence candidate getting lot of experience & can build himself for face of heavy workload. it is just like a training center for freshers of export field.

because of training center work is not polished, export manager is like white crow only depending on juniors. not having simple knowledge of export. lot of staff is resigning because of this person. it is a private limited company but then also salaries is nor growing of all staff at a time. only who requesting, director increase salary of him only. sincerer person can not survive here.
