I have been Associated with this company for past 2.5 years in the capacity of plant manager which is situated at narela.There are something that i would like to point out in case you are planning to join this company 1.There is no HR policy in this company no laid down rules and regulations for your benefit you will be ecploit ed to the best interest of company. 2<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.Most of the months you won't get your salary on time i generally is delayed by </mark> 20 day and sometimes months. 3.you will be asked to work unusual hours sometimes till 2 to 3 in morning,its unusual because you start working at 10 in morning and expected to do the same next morning And it won't be payable not even an appreciation from the management. 4.There will be situation where you supposedly will be given power but you are not allowed to use them and then blamed for not using it ....in simple words there is no growth in this organisation and you will be exploited ....Read More
