... for your benefit you will be ecploited to the best interest of company. 2.Most of the months you won't get your salary on time i generally is delayed by 20 day and sometimes months. 3.you will be asked to work unusual hours sometimes till 2 to 3 in morning,its unusual because you start working at 10 in morning and expected to do the same next morning And it won't be payable not even an appreciation from the management. 4.There will be situation where you supposedly will be given power but you are not allowed to use them and then blamed for not using it ....in simple words there is no growth in this organisation and you will be exploited .
