Commercial that are been provided are not at to the mark. Feels like you are undervalued. And most important thing, forget about increment. I am working for last 3 years but no increment.

Good, positive and spiritual work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Heres so many natural places for spiritual celebration and gathering. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give intensive based on performance every month.

There is slow growth in salary and designation.
