No planning or management. No appreciation at all from management. They do only one work to point out everyone mistakes and deduct your salary.

Dislikes

No planning nor management. They dont even keep spare for a single part of unit. Zero work life balance. Zero job security. No cleanness in unit area. Not even in office. If you are an operator, u have to do everything. Maintenance electric or mechanical, operator work, even you are responsible for quality not production manager or qc person. For every mistake in unit the operator is responsible.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
