I worked as a Software Engineer at Subex Limited for 6 months, and I was promised that my contract would either be extended or I would be offered an onroll position after that time. However, this did not happen, and I was let go at the end of my contract. I am disappointed that Subex did not keep their promise to me, as I had been performing well in my role and I was looking forward to continuing my career with the company. I believe that this happened because Subex is facing financial difficulties, and they are not able to offer new contracts or onroll positions at this time. The impact of this on me was significant. I was forced to find a new job quickly, and I had to take a pay cut in my new role. I also lost out on the benefits that I was entitled to as a Subex employee, such as health insurance and paid leave. I would advise other job seekers to be aware of the risks of working at Subex Limited. The company is facing financial difficulties, and there is no guarantee that your contract will be extended or that you will be offered an onroll position.
