After 2 years there is no growth in career and technical aspects. No one accepts or discusses about innovative solutions. All want the deadlines to be completed. No support from higher management. Only Complaints.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
