We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective execution of marketing initiatives. You will gain valuable experience in vendor management, operational management, event management, and contract management, while contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Vendor Management:

• Assist in the identification, selection, and onboarding of marketing vendors (e.g., agencies, freelancers, technology providers).
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Track vendor performance, identify areas for improvement, and negotiate pricing and service level agreements.

Operational Management:

• Support the day-to-day operations of marketing campaigns, including scheduling, budgeting, and tracking progress.
• Coordinate with finance teams ensuring seamless payment to the vendors
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing workflows and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and campaign performance data.
• Prepare reports and presentations to track campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders.

Contract & Event Management:

• Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of marketing contracts with vendors.
• Track contract deadlines and renewals.
• Track upcoming events and provide operational support

Other Responsibilities:

• Support other marketing team members with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
