The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to support business objectives and enhance brand visibility. What are we looking for?
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software, and analytics tools. Strong writing and editing skills for creating compelling content. Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation tools. Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize marketing efforts. Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and materials. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles. Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns. Experience with both digital and traditional marketing channels. Knowledge of B2B and/or B2C marketing strategies is highly desirable.
Roles and Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Develop engaging content for marketing materials, including digital assets, brochures, presentations, and email campaigns. Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics, providing actionable insights to inform strategy. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools. Work closely with sales, product, and communications teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated marketing efforts. Manage online presence through website updates, social media engagement, and digital advertising campaigns. Coordinate and promote events, webinars, and trade shows, ensuring effective brand representation and audience engagement. Assist in planning and tracking marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective execution. Ensure all marketing activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
