Very skilled and talented employees, creates and environment of self learn and motivation. Teams are small and lrads, managers are highly approachable and helpful. No dress code. Company spends well on occasional team building activities. Salaries and hikes are decent compared to quite a few other companies (but there is a catch)

Work culture is bad. People get stretched too much. Actual working hours are double than official working Hours. People are expected to work late hours, odd hours on almost 4 out of 5 working days at the least, and follow suit on weekend. You WILL be disturbed on weekends. No concept of work life balance. Bad decisions by managementhave dented a hole in the company's growth and affected employee morale by and large. Running a product company with a service mindset doesn't help. Attrition has now reduced to 20% because everyone who could leave has already left. Lot if work is expected from employees without focus on their career. Technology used is outdated and doesn't seem to show signs of changing. Immediately after joining, an employee is expected to step into shoes of stalwarts and deliver even before realising what he is supposed to do. Product barely improves overany years. Stagnation sets in very quickly as work becomes repititive and stressful especially as more ppl leave and their burden falls onto you. This ultimately leads to microscopic teams and 3-4 year exp ppl to hold lead position, 5-6 yr exp becomes manager and yet the work is that of Associate SW engineer....Read More

Work is over burdening, too much hectic and stretches you a lot. Exhausting, but not much improvement. Work quality is not too good either.
