There are not a lot of things to like here. Perhaps some customers are good as they are associated with Subex for long time!

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Poor leadership. No vision. Lots of politics. Nepotism. No skope for people with talent who can make the difference. Top management doesn't care as there is no accountability and they have secured long term contract for very high salary. Board is also equally corrupt and incapable! Company revenue is consistently going down year after year. No new logos of significance added in recent years. With the current board and management team, there is no way the company can revive!...Read More
