There is no option to learn and, In String Information there is no Option to balance work life and personal life. Team Leaders are only favor for their managers not bother about the employees, Forcing the employee to work on weekends, Heavy workload.

Work Details

Morning 7:00 I log In and start my production, End my shift by 8:00 pm without Overtime, I do Direct Upload to clients and also Examine the QC files too

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
