I like the that entering into this company is very easy for new batch and new commerce. It’s good for them, but experience candidates is not worthy.

Basically, the working hours of Dr company is very strict and they give and they give us no extra allowance or OT for overtime and leaves are restricted and there is no promotions over the period and salary was very low. First start our starters, a new freshers is good for them, not for an experience candidate.

Formerly called as SPi global which is now Straive. Company acquired few publishing companies like SPS. They are not using much automation, most of the work are manual work that makes work complicated at times.... Appraisal is average, lot of things to learn but you have to learn of your own interest (but you won't get enough time for that).

Dislikes

Appraisal cycle. Work load and life balance. Lack of new learning. Manual works no softwares developed much for in-house. Notice period.

The only thing i liked was the team i was in. We all left at once.

They don't value you, whatever client say you have to follow. Poor salary. the pay i was getting at joining was same at the time i left which is after 2 years. of course I was given 2.5k hike in 2 years.

HR recruiting a manager without background verification, and this manager does nothing and torture his team members. (This manager, I am mentioning in particular, had been asked to resign and leave in his earlier companies for his unworthiness.) I don't like the HR and complay keeping quiet, when the entire team goes out. This is not a single team. Very bad and stressful work culture. Bad higher management Working like servants to American clients, need to work on weekends, holidays and even on sick leaves to make clients happy. No work life balance, they will keep you under the stress and lots of micromanagement. Rude and unprofessional behaviour by higher management.

No growt, Bad appraisal, Lady Manager is toxic and pushes you in mental stress and calls you in late hours as she has no personal life of her own. Hybrid or WFH is not provided for valid reason but provided to her pets. No respect for previous experience and amateurs who are in organization are given preference. HR gives zero preference to employee benefits and sides with the toxic manager.

Number of projects are less in e-learning on Chegg is single client they hold. And chegg is now days become worst day by day by providing wrong and incorrect feedback. If Chegg not improve its policy very soon Chegg going to shut down if provide incorrect feedback and block IDs.
