1. No work life balance 2. No flexible timings even you for late night, next day should be on time for login or office. 3. Appraisal based on your manager. How close you are with them. 4. No weekends 5. Always needs to carry lap wherever you go. 6. Always you will receive calls in teams only even in weekends, you are supposed to answer it else explanation to be given.

Work Details

It was handling 3 module in a project. Am so excited and thrilled in working with that client. It was very challenging in handling that project\client. I was coordinating with cross functional team on day 2 day basis.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
