I like shift timing and sometimes doing over time and did not get any compensation

Dislikes

Not at all increase the salary working in spi for pasr 3 years still getting the same salary no imporvement

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
