The only good thing is the flexible work timings (which doesn;t matter cause you will have to work on weekends too) and that you will learn a lot.

Dislikes

Salaries aren't credited on time, there is no appraisal - monetary or otherwise, do not expect any appreciation from the bosses. They expect you to work like donkeys and not say one good thing. In fact, they pass really low and personal remarks when angry.
