Likes

It wasa 100% subsidiary of a German company. As such, policies were custom built. It was a compact team of 10 persons in the HO, almost half of whom were of managerial cadre. The workflow was unhindered and precise. Time was the essence of work culture. There was camaraderie amongst the employees.

Mainly, purchasing, partially marketing in tandem with technical personnel, training of personnel, legal matters and company secretarial matters.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
