The Multinational company is dealing with high profile clients and various commodities. There are many things to learn and explore, while dealing with the clients. The approach for solving the logistics problems are unique.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good

Dislikes

There is no equality among the employees. The company is not helping the potential candidate to grow career wise due to internal politics. The highly experienced managers are not treating their employees respectfully. The employees are disturbed and there is a misbalance in the work-life activities. they are forced to stay late and work even though the required task is completed satisfactorily.

My work as a customer executive is very challenging and we always fulfill the task in a given period of time. The customers are happy with our service.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
