Working with a company like aegis who has best emoloyer and employee is itself a motivational factor.

No night shift allowances, no cab reimbursement, no free meals, no extra pay and no national holidays.....

Pathetic company ever, worst place to work, no improvement, no sallery growth, not provide leave, if you required any leave then you have to do NO WORK NO PAY, company will give you leave in your bucket but you are unable to mark leave in your attendance, if you very good in buttering then your growth otherwise no chance Your seniorwill not inform you about any IJP. TL, Manager, HR all are (***) Bogus. Very less sallery and it never hike. You have to work always in very small amount, and work pressure is too much Pathetic company ever!...Read More

Pathetic company, worst place to work No improvement in your position and sallery never improve If you are very good in buttering so you're in good place Very small sallery and it never hike Company give you leave in your bucket but you're unable to mark in your attendance company never approved your leaves, if you required any leave in emergency or urgently so company have a alternate policy NO WORK NO PAY Seniors never inform about IJP If you're chamcha of your senior then you will know about IJP, otherwise you never know about IJP. TL, manager, HR never understand your problem, and TL and manager treat you like you are the servent, as he/she said you have to work you have no choice, no shift choice, no week off preference, If you want to take leave in national holiday so company give you week off on this day (not Holiday), and if you work in national holiday so double pay amount will come after 2 month Cafeteria have no AC no fan, no food, no clean place to sit This company has 2 lift but 1 lift always close due to maintenance never work work 1 lift Company provided work from home facilities but company not provide data charges, electricity bill or anything, you have to manage urself own Manager stock to girl, And no one take action for this Pathetic company ever!
