They don't have Cafeteria, Washrooms are always dirty. No tissue paper, no toi*et paper, Locker is not available for the employees to keep their belongings, No place to keep the bag, No celebration of Festival, No decoration on National holidays. People calls Startek as MNC but it is not, neither the work environment nor the people of Startek. Managers don't know how to speak and they call themselves "Manager". I had worked with Startek for 3 months. The company is having the worst management Jayshree HR manager and Suman Datta operation manager! They forced me to leave the organisation without any notice or without any proper warning! They are taking the biased approach towards the employees!

I've been associated with company for 5 years. In my five years with the organization all that i could do was too just be quite & see other's growing by the culture off Bucketism forgive for my language but that's the truth. I've always been at the top off my work in terms off training despite that i was always targeted either by the operations team & lastly by own AM and was cornered in such a way where i was forced to put my papers and leave. For a company too give five years travelling to another state & training people this what is way they treat their employee's & having being said I've also performed good in other training programs such as Trainer's Spectrum & Blast Training. My worst experience there, no work life balance baised staff corrupt and insolent rude from top to bottom ypu will be treated as dust pan there where they will put their loads on you only. I will not suggest startek anyone for job 🤬 Staff and management 0 from my side

Supervisors are not supportive, they will not make you learn anything but the ir expectations are so high from the first day of joining. Working culture, management, HRs is so bad such as everyone is Toxic. whenever you take any escalation to HR they didn't provide the resolution, they will come back to same point that u have to suffer.

Most of the Colleagues has helping mentality especially our TLs and AMs were very much helpful when it's come to any support from them..that's the only thing I like when I was working there.. colleagues was good..

The Aegis B.P.O where we were working become Startek...Aegis Cheated us by not giving offered salary for most of the experienced employees and given very high salary to the freshers compared to the experienced persons. That's the only thing I don't like working with Startek...

Very corrupt leadership, only dirty politics. Senior managers hit people in office and loudly tell it as joke. Few people cant be touched because they are protected by high -up managers, they commit posh violation still nothing happens to them.

Supervisors are mean and doesn't care for our well being, all they focused on there representation infront of their supervisors. My assistant manager told me that there is nothing as work life balance. You have to work whenever we want.
